Osteoporosis
Osteoporosis, known as a silent disease, means porous bones ie. your bones are fragile. Unfortunately, you may break a bone from a stumble or fall before you are diagnosed with Osteoporosis. Bones are living tissue and this tissue is constantly being lost and then remodelled. Bones need normal vitamins, minerals and hormones along with appropriate weight-bearing and strengthening exercises to keep healthy. We run weekly Physiotherapy led Osteoporosis exercise classes
